DISNEY INTERACTIVE STUDIOS CHALLENGES EVERYONE TO BE THE STAR WITH NEW KARAOKE VIDEO GAME

Belt it out with “Disney Sing It’ featuring today’s hottest songs from chart-topping Disney artists

BURBANK, Calif., (July 15, 2008) –Disney Interactive Studios today announced Disney Sing It, the only karaoke video game that challenges players to out-sing friends with songs and authentic videos from favorite Hollywood Records artists, Disney Channel Original Series and Disney Channel Original Movies. Fans of all ages can discover their inner performer by belting out hits from Camp Rock, High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney, Aly & AJ and more. Disney Sing It will be available for all major video game consoles this holiday season.

"Disney Sing It is the only karaoke game on the market that enables friends to compete and sing to current hits from today's top Disney artists," said Craig Relyea, senior vice president of global marketing, Disney Interactive Studios. "Families are demanding quality games for their home consoles, and Disney Sing It delivers a great karaoke experience paired with genuine music videos from today's favorite Disney properties and artists in a fun, social game for playing with friends, at parties or on family game nights."

Disney Sing It game features include:

  • Thirty-five favorite songs and music videos from hit Disney Channel Original Series and Movies as well as artists from Disney's Hollywood Records label
  • Seven skins from favorite shows and artists to personalize the player's gaming experience with more available by download in the future
  • Multiplayer modes including duet, player versus player, and team play that encourage friendly competition and family entertainment
  • Vocal exercises designed to teach players how the pros perfect their singing skills
  • New song packs and bonus content via Xbox LIVE ® online entertainment network and PLAYSTATION ® Network

    • The stars and characters featured in Disney Sing It have drawn millions of fans and their families to concert halls and arenas across the country. Disney Sing It is sure to top gift lists this holiday season for girls, boys and families alike.

    Published by Disney Interactive Studios and developed by Zoe Mode, Disney Sing It will be available in October 2008 for the Xbox 360 ® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PLAYSTATION ® 3 computer entertainment system, the Wii ™ home video game system, the PlayStation ® 2 computer entertainment system and Windows-based PC.
